Managed Care Connection Council
Seven Regional Chain participants and two representatives from Cardinal Health comprise the membership of the Managed Care Connection Council. Each member serves a three year term and is selected by Cardinal's Sales Directors and the National Retail Advisory Board.The Managed Care Connection Council reviews plan opportunities, makes judgments on participation in plans, and guides the actions of the managed care staff within the policies set for Managed Care Connection. Conference calls with the Plan Administrator and other staff members provide the interaction needed to make these important decisions. Additional face-to-face meetings of the Council each year are devoted to helping guide Managed Care Connection for the future.
