ProfitLeader^®, a Cardinal Health offering, will help your pharmacy capture additional profit by utilizing proprietary software and a professional advisory staff who will assist you in maximizing profitability.

Data analysis
ProfitLeader^® increases profitability by managing and analyzing dispensing data. Cardinal Health has access to data that is unavailable to most pharmacies. The offering collects customer adjudicated claims data from the Rx switch on a weekly basis. Store specific, customized reports identifying profit opportunity are then generated bi-weekly and presented to the customer.

Consultation
As a ProfitLeader^® participant, you're assigned an experienced pharmacy advisor for consultation. The advisor contacts the store - usually twice a month to discuss reports that analyze your pharmacy's profitability, by:

• Identifying opportunities to improve your gross margins and revenues from third parties
• Providing recommendations on improving cash pricing structures based on competitive conditions in your area
• Consulting on dispensing practices and procedural changes to help your pharmacy reduce claim submission errors
