Cardinal Health recognized for "Excellence in Innovation" by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Cardinal Health was recently honored as a leader in innovation by Profiles in Diversity Journal. The journal's "Excellence in Innovation" award recognizes organizations that have developed innovative ideas within the past two years that have had a positive effect on diversity management, staff recruitment, and/or toward inclusiveness and improved equity in the workplace.

Cardinal Health received this honor for our Diversity Best Practice Webinars. This webinar series was introduced in January 2006 as an enterprise-wide forum for the Cardinal Health diversity councils to share and leverage best practices in diversity and inclusion.

"Our webinars provide a regular forum to share the exciting progress we're making toward our diversity goals," said Jeanetta Darno, Director of Diversity and Inclusion. "They also provide momentum for diversity efforts across the organization in that employees and management are working together to motivate each other and share best practices from around the company."
