Nunc-Immuno™ 96-Well Plate Modules

(Thermo Fisher Scientific) These complete clear plates with frames are composed of individual modules consisting of either 8, 12 or 16 wells and are designed specifically for quantitative immunoassays and solid phase assays. Choose from two different surfaces for passive coating of biomolecules. MaxiSorp™ plates are optimized for the binding of IgG and bind small to large proteins and peptides with mixed hydrophobic/hydrophilic regions. PolySorp® plates feature a hydrophobic surface for the immobilization of hydrophobic biomolecules such as lipids and hydrophobic proteins (e.g., lipoproteins). Available in flat, round or StarWell™ well bottoms. StarWell™ well shape is designed to increase the surface area to volume ratio, thereby decreasing assay times and increasing sensitivity. Clear strips of 8 or 16 are also available. Capacity for flat well is 0.40mL; round well 0.30mL; StarWell™ well 0.38mL.
