IMEXDOP CT+™ Dopplers

  • Wall-, countertop- or IV-pole-mounted charging stand
  • Dual speakers provide excellent sound quality

(Nicolet Vascular) These sturdy, portable systems automatically calculate fetal heart rate or pulse rate. Interchangeable probes cover a range of applications. The 2 MHz probe is ideal for detecting deeper hearts later in pregnancy. The 3 MHz obstetrical probe is sensitive enough to detect early heartbeats. For vascular use, the 5 and 8 MHz probes provide access to both deep and superficial arteries and veins for determining systolic blood pressures and vessel patency and for locating hard-to-find vessels. Probes are also interchangeable with Pocket-Dop II™ Doppler. Dopplers feature easily accessible controls and an LED display that tells you whether the system is turned on, is charging or has low batteries. Come complete with a standard probe, built-in dual speakers, an earphone and a charging stand.

Spacemaker™ Structural Balloon Trocar

Spacemaker™ Structural Balloon Trocar
Product Information: Spacemaker™ Structural Balloon Trocar OMST10SB

SPACEMAKER STRUCTURAL BALLOON TROCAR

The Spacemaker™ Structural Balloon Trocar* consists of a blunt obturator connected to a handle and a valve body assembly. The valve body assembly contains an internal flapper valve and seal to prevent gas leakage when instruments are inserted or withdrawn. The Structural Balloon Trocar includes built-in converters to allow insertion of instruments of different diameters than the main seal. In addition, the device has an external one-way valve for gas insufflation.

To minimize leakage and secure the trocar, the distal end of the sleeve as a balloon which is complemented by the proximal foam sponge/collar assembly. A syringe is provided for inflation/deflation of the balloon.

Features Benefits
Balloon anchoring system with foam sponge collar When the tissue is captured between the foam collar and the balloon, undesired deflation of the operative space is minimized.
Built-in converters The built in converters allow the use of different size surgical instruments through the port while the insufflation pressure is maintained.
Large preformed balloon The balloon shape allows the tissue to be retracted to facilitate visualization.
