With two programmable firing modes, these lightweight automated systems offer spring-loaded action for fast, accurate penetration and give you the precise control and quality sampling capability you need when working with calcified or fibrous lesions. The automatic mode releases cannula and stylet in rapid sequence, capturing tissue samples with the push of a button. The delay mode releases the stylet and allows time for tissue to settle in the notch; user verifies and documents stylet position, repositions if necessary and activates the cutting cannula.
The AchieveŽ system is 35% lighter than other automatic devices, making it ideal for CT and ultrasound-guided procedures. The one-handed design simplifies loading and operation and allows for convenient manipulation of guidance device (ultrasound transducer). It is available with coaxial introducer for multiple sampling from one percutaneous puncture with minimal damage to surrounding tissue. Five systems or needles per case.
