(Dale Medical) This nasal dressing holder replaces adhesive tape to hold nasal dressings in place following rhinoplasty, septoplasty, sinus surgery, facial trauma and nose bleeds. It consists of a clear plastic dressing holder and is secured by ear loops to hold dressing in place without absorbing secretions. The VELCRO® fastener tabs can be adjusted to fit any patient comfortably. It´s easy to remove and replace, making dressing changes simple and painless. One size fits all. Latex-free.
