Through its Essential to Community program, Cardinal Health encourages employees to get involved in and give back to communities where they live and work.
Employee matching gift program
We encourage employees to make personal donations to eligible non-profit organizations online through the Cardinal Health Giving Station. We match employee donations of $25 dollars or more, up to $1,000 per employee. Donations to health-related organizations are matched at 100%, and donations to other non-profit organizations are matched at 50%.
