Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, soon to be part of the Montefiore Health Care System Network, is a 369-bed community hospital in the Northeast Bronx. We provide quality services to patients, physicians, employees, visitors, suppliers, and others whom we serve, in accordance with the provisions of the Mission of Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. The project will be a part of the Department of Medicine inclusive of the Geriatric Division. The Department of Medicine, the largest department in the medical center with over 10,000 admissions per year, patients range from age 18 to over 100 years. Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center caters to a diverse community and nursing home clientele, which is diverse in culture, race, and gender.
