HemCon^® Bandages

Antibacterial barrier for hemostasis
HemCon^® Bandages provide a noninvasive solution to control and stop moderate to severe, arterial bleeding during planned diagnostic and interventional cath and IR procedures as well as emergency situations.

By effectively reducing time to hemostasis, HemCon^® Bandages:

• Enhance the direct pressure protocol to reduce blood loss and improve patient care
• Provide an antibacterial barrier against a wide spectrum of micro-organisms including MRSA, VRE and acinetobacter baumannii
• Decrease clean-up and biohazard exposure for medical staff
• Shorten one-on-one care needs, which allows for care of additional patients

The HemCon^® 2" x 2" Bandage is available single sterile and can also be incorporated into Presource^® Custom Procedure Packs.
