It also features revised recommended practices for selection and use of surgical drapes, cleaning and processing endoscopes and endoscope accessories, environmental cleaning in the surgical practice setting and safe care through identification of potential hazards in the surgical environments - all updated by the Recommended Practices Committee to reflect the latest in perioperative research, practice and technology.
