In addition to current licensed product enhancements and resolutions, customers with a current annual maintenance support package have access to performance upgrades as well as annual product upgrades.
Upgrades are performed remotely by our product experts and require virtually no work on the part of the customer other than scheduling a good time to reboot their PDAs. These upgrades are supported by new documentation releases as needed.
