Kathy Benn, Vice President of Supplier Diversity: Kathy is focused on small business supplier contracting and relationship management, the development of sales force tools and training to facilitate supplier diversity, and the strategic corporate direction of the Cardinal Health supplier diversity initiative. Kathy has over 26 years of healthcare experience and has held a variety of sales and marketing positions as well as logistic consulting positions. She is a frequent speaker as well as the author of a number of publications on inventory control, OR procedural costing and inventory management, supply standardization and supplier diversity. Kathy has a BA in business administration from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Martha Holmes, Director of Small Business Development: Martha’s concentration is in support of Cardinal’s Government Sales Organization’s contracting opportunities. She serves as Cardinal Health’s Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and is also responsible for negotiating and submitting the annual subcontracting plans, as well as facilitating the federal review process of Cardinal Health’s small business initiatives. Responsibilities also include creating and driving visibility and credibility for Cardinal Health’s small business results with government constituents and overseeing Cardinal Health’s mentoring of small disadvantaged/women-owned businesses under the Department of Defense Mentor/Protégé program. Martha has over 29 years strategic sourcing/supplier diversity experience that spans Facilities, Engineering, and Packaging within the Pharmaceutical industry. Lamont Robinson, Corporate Director of Supplier Diversity: Lamont is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and communicating the Cardinal Health’s Supplier Diversity Program. He also works closely with all 21 Cardinal Health businesses to promote and encourage participation with small, minority and woman-owned businesses. Lamont assists Cardinal Health’s Sales Force and private sector customers with Supplier Diversity needs, as well as seeks joint ventures and other strategic alliance opportunities with diverse suppliers. Sandra Hudson, Senior Analyst: Sandra focuses on fulfilling the reporting requirements of the small business subcontracting plan and manages the private sector customer 2nd tier spending reporting and analysis processes. Jan Siara, Executive Assistant: Jan provides administrative support to the Supplier Diversity team.
