He has also established relationships with major research institutions to collaborate on future research programs for molecular imaging. 
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Rademacher was president of CareAllies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cigna Corp., providing medical and disease management services and health advocacy products to health plan and employer groups.
Rademacher serves on the board of trustees for the American Heart Association, the advisory board for Women for Economic and Leadership Development and the advisory board for the Healthcare Business Women’s Association. Watkins is also a foundation associate with the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Association. She is the executive sponsor of the Differently Abled Employee Resource Group at Cardinal Health. 
Watkins earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Franklin University.
