Mark Rosenbaum is chief customer officer for Cardinal Health, where he ensures the organization is held accountable to the voice of the customer and drives improvements in customer experience across all customer channels.
In addition to leading the Office of Customer Experience, Mark continues to be responsible for the hospital selling organization and manages several enterprise support functions. Prior to his current post, Rosenbaum was president, Integrated Provider Sales, where he was responsible for creating an integrated and unified sales team across the company that sold integrated solutions to the industry's leading hospitals, integrated delivery networks and group purchasing organizations. Before joining Cardinal Health, Rosenbaum served as vice president and general manager of Amsco International, where he helped facilitate a turnaround in the company’s sales, service and marketing efforts. Rosenbaum earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee. |
