TM repair and maintenance program. We can provide the training, tools and documentation to help ensure smooth, accurate and easy operation of all our products.
1 CALL
Provide the following information:
- Model
- Serial number
- Description
- Collection point
- Purchase number (Not required for devices covered by our warranty)
You will be provided with a unique service order number.
2 COLLECT
Pack the device and write your service order number clearly on the ALARIS 123
TM Service label. Apply the label to the package and leave the package at the agreed collection point for the approved Cardinal Health courier.
3 SERVICE
On arrival at the Cardinal Health service centre the service order number will ensure that your equipment is processed efficiently and then returned direct to you by courier.
