Our coveralls are made with
a special, proprietary process
that transforms Tyvek® material
into a soft, cloth-like fabric.
It's as strong as the Tyvek®
garments you're used to wearing,
but it's noticeably softer and
more comfortable . The coveralls
provide three times more particle
filtration than common reusable
garments for particulates as
small as 0.5µ. The garments
can dissipate 90% of a 5000V
charge in less than a half-second
with a surface resistivity of
1011 ohms/sq.
A proprietary manufacturing
process and the 2-1-2 polyamide
coating help eliminate loose
fibers. Bound seams and tunneled
elastic construction mean there
are no raw edges that can generate
particles.
Available in a wide range of
sizes, the garments are individually
packed under Class 10 cleanroom
conditions in antistatic poly
bags with the convenient Tower-Tear®
easy-open feature.
