ISO 9001
From production to packaging, our garments meet strict requirements
to ensure your satisfaction. In fact, we are proud to be one of the
first limited-use apparel manufacturers to receive ISO 9001 certification.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) series 9001
standards are international quality system standards that serve to
establish a high, consistent level of quality and service practices
worldwide.
ISO 9001 standards are voluntary in nature and require all aspects
of quality systems to be documented, monitored and controlled so that
continuous improvements can be made. Cardinal Health, Scientific and
Production Products quality systems, including design, development,
production, installation and servicing, are fully ISO registered.
This valuable certification provides you with confidence that your
high quality requirements will be met.
Total Quality Assurance
Total Quality Assurance is achieved by developing PREVENTION quality
control tactics a proactive way to avoid defects, assure quality,
improve customer service and even reduce costs. The process involves
the development of comprehensive procedures for testing, handling,
packing and sterilizing of product. All Scientific and Production
Products Operations personnel in manufacturing, materials and quality
are trained in current "Quality Assurance" techniques and
systems.
All Scientific and Production Products manufacturing facilities are
registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), with all operations
conducted in accordance with strict governmental regulations.
To assure that Total Quality Assurance strategies are working accordingly,
Quality Assurance personnel evaluate performance of all facets of
the manufacturing operations including procedure compliance, process
and product conformance and label accuracy.
In addition, we pride ourselves in:
 |
A fully integrated manufacturing process including: cutting,
sewing, clean-processing, folding, packaging and sterilization.
Each of these steps occur within FDA-registered facilities.
|
 |
Product traceability complete integration enables
us to have full traceability of products throughout the entire
manufacturing process. In fact, traceable lot numbers can be
found on all of our packaging as well as our individual garments.
