Scientific and Production Products
Company History

Cardinal Health, Scientific and Production Products is focused on providing excellent service to our customers. We began working toward this goal back in 1922 when we started out as American Hospital Supply Corporation. Later, the company became part of Baxter International until spinning off in 1996 as Allegiance Corporation. In February, 1999, we merged with Cardinal Health, Inc., forming a $21 billion healthcare products and services company with more than 36,000 employees and over 100 facilities on six continents.

Although we have had several names, our commitment to quality product innovation and meeting the stringent requirements of our customers has remained the same.
