our registration form*. We recommend that you review our Privacy

and Conditions of Site Use prior to registration.
Once we've validated your account number, we will email a user
log-in ID and password directly to you. The process generally takes
2 to 3 working days as we must verify that we have the proper documentation
for medical device purchase on file for your account.
That's it!
Once you receive your ID, you can order products, track your
order history, create personalized "saved lists" and
review your contracted pricing for products, all driven by your
specific account information.

professional licensed and located within the United States, please register today, or call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-633-0333.
Please note that this form must be printed out, completed and faxed
or returned via mail to us.
Additionally, if you are interested in ordering products from other
Cardinal Health businesses through cardinal.com, you may also complete
a credit application for Cardinal
Health Hospital, Cardinal Health Retail, Cardinal Health Managed
Care or Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution.
Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted with
your new account number which you can use to complete the registration
form.
