We employ a clinical laboratory sales force committed to serving the needs of our hospital and independent lab customers. These sales representatives average 14 years of tenure and have expertise in both clinical diagnostics and supply chain logistics. We also employ a dedicated physician office laboratory (POL) sales force that works in conjunction with our physician office sales generalists. This specialty sales force is trained in clinical diagnostics but understands the unique needs of the POL and can help customers assess and select the right products and automated solutions for their lab.
In addition to our laboratory product and physician office sales teams, we employ three specialty sales and customer service teams. Firstly, we have a team of diagnostic specialists focused on large instrument sales that help our customers evaluate automation opportunities and related financing options.
Secondly, to help with small equipment sales, we have a dedicated team that draws on their combined 35 years of experience to help sort through the many durable laboratory equipment options and prepare quotes based upon exact customer specifications.
Finally, we employ a specialty customer service team that manages high volume, high value perishable materials.
