In addition to our sales representatives, we employ a team of diagnostic specialists that help our customers evaluate automation opportunities and related financing options.
To help with small equipment purchases, we have a dedicated team that draws on their combined 50 years experience to help sort through the many options in durable laboratory equipment and prepare quotes based upon customer specifications.
Specialty customer service (QAP)
Our partnership does not stop with the sale. We also employ a specialty customer service team that manages high volume, high value perishable materials.
