Q. My account has many people who may want to order using my login and user ID. Is that OK? Should we each set up our own ID?

A. Each user should be set up with his or her own ID. For large facilities with multiple users, we recommend assignment of an ?account administrator? at your location. This person has responsibility for authorizing online purchasing using your facility's account number. View the registration page. If your facility has an account administrator, that person will be contacted to approve your request.

Q. How safe is it to order using the internet?

A. The ordering system resides on a server that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encryption is the current standard for secure transactions over the Internet. Your browser should indicate when a secure connection has been achieved (usually by displaying a screen indicating that you are accessing a secure page or by displaying an icon on your toolbar or at the bottom of your page). Most web browsers today support SSL including Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 or higher). The most current version of Internet Explorer is always recommended.
