This savings program is based on purchases that exceeds baseline amounts. Your initial baseline was determined by your purchases between July and December 2009. Baselines are reset every six months.

For any dollars spent on eligible products beyond your baseline during each six-month period, you will automatically receive five percent back in the form of a credit memo.



That credit can be applied toward any and all purchases through Cardinal Health.
