Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Essential to Wellness Grant Program!  We will be focusing our funding in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Little Rock, Arkansas; Lake and McHenry County, Illinois; Kenosha County, Wisconsin; and Radcliff, Kentucky.  We focus on these areas because we have large groups of employees that live and work in these regions.  We believe health and wellness is a key to the success of our employees and we want to make their communities healthy too! 

We will be choosing proposals that focus in these two areas:

• Promoting active, healthy lifestyles for children, families and the elderly
• Encouraging health literacy, patient education and engagement

All proposals are due by January 18^th, 2013 and we will be announcing grant awards in April 2013.
