The Cardinal Health Customer Service Team works with hospitals and pharmacies (our customers) to solve problems. Representatives help customers locate products they need for their patients, resolve shipping errors and partner with our sales force to improve customer satisfaction.
Our Call Centers are located in Little Rock, AR and Radcliff, KY and we are looking for candidates who are:
- Customer centric and understand our customer needs
- Works collaboratively across groups
- Holds self and others accountable to high standards
Candidates should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) word, Excel and Outlook.
