Allegiance shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the pricing derived from any written agreement between the parties is accurately reflected in the asap-e.com system. However, the applicant agrees that the pricing listed on asap-e.com at the time the order is submitted shall be the pricing used for that individual order regardless of any written agreement to the contrary between the parties without exception.

Should the ordering party deem such pricing to be in error, the order should not be placed via asap-e.com and the applicant should immediately contact their local Allegiance Customer Service Representative.
