Placing orders through SyntracTM Integration Tools
SyntracTM Integration Tools users can easily place prescription orders for their scheduled studies right from their Dayboard.
Follow these simple steps:
Schedule your studies for the day right from the Dayboard, using the “Schedule a Visit” or “Batch Scheduling” feature.

The components for your scheduled studies will appear in the “Pending Orders” section of the screen. Select “Send Checked Orders” to send the orders to the pharmacy. The pharmacy will process your orders and provide you with the same reliable service, you have come to expect from Cardinal Health.

3. Acknowledge confirmation.
A confirmation message will inform you that your orders were sent to the Cardinal Health Pharmacy for processing. Your sent orders are displayed in the “Sent Orders” section at the bottom of the screen.

After placing your orders, you can always check order status through the Web Ordering Workflow application. A built-in link to cardinalhealth.com connects you to the site at the click of a button, so you can check the status of your order and track it from our pharmacy to your hot lab.
