Regulatory
Access our nationally accredited and recognized Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) professionals for their expertise in State Board of Pharmacy licensing and other quality programs such as Dept. of Transportation (DOT) compliance, recall management and distribution quality management.
Cardinal Health developed and utilizes a secured, web-based license tracking system to catalog existing licenses and monitor their compliance with early notifications to prevent expiration. Cardinal Health has the authority to renew licenses online in 28 states. This reduces processing time and labor spent on the license process.
The current environment of increased governmental oversight is forcing organizations to spend more time and resources to ensure they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Our team of QRA professionals has the knowledge and tools to keep manufacturers and suppliers organized and compliant with all pertinent regulatory requirements.
Recall management
Our expertise in recall management has been developed through our internal audit activities, as well as frequent effectiveness reviews with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Elements of a successful recall management partner are licensure compliance, a current training program, knowledgeable staff, thorough record-keeping and established policies and procedures.
We have a proven track record as an effective recall manager which is important when you are trying to minimize the negative impact to one’s brand.
