In September 2000, Cardinal Health, Medical Products and Services acquired ENDOlap, Inc., a Florida company founded in 1991 to source and sell endoscopes and minimally invasive surgical instruments, equipment and accessories.  Using a dynamic customer-oriented approach, ENDOlap provided quality products at favorable prices with an emphasis on personalized service.  It also offered repair services for all types of endoscopes, cameras and surgical instruments.  Our acquisition of ENDOlap has maintained and extended this tradition:
