Temp-to-Hire
Cardinal Health's Temp-to-Hire option affords clients quick relief
of their staffing needs by using temporary staffing and, at the same
time, allows them to evaluate the temporary staff as potential candidates
for permanent positions. Temp-to-Hire allows both client and employee
a trial period before making a long-term commitment. It does not obligate
either client or employee to make or accept an offer of permanent
employment.
