Where are second round interviews held?
The candidates selected for second round interviews will interview on site at a Cardinal Health location.

Is housing provided?
Housing provisions will vary based on department and geographic location.

What is my likelihood of obtaining a job after an internship with Cardinal Health?
Your performance will be assessed at the midpoint and at the conclusion of the internship. Employment within Cardinal Health will be considered for interns who are top performers. In the past, we have converted 25-35% of our interns.

There is no magic formula. We can, however, recommend the following: Develop an understanding of the business and culture outside of your department. Seek to learn about areas and business units that you are unfamiliar with by reading or interviewing Cardinal Health team members.
