Human Resources Development Program

This two-year rotational program focuses on developing your interpersonal, technical and leadership skills to give your career in human resources a head start. You will be exposed to several specialty areas, including staffing and compensation, as well as generalist functions such as employee relations and business partner experience.

Program length: Two (2) year program consisting of four (4) rotations that each last six (6) months
Location: Dublin, OH
Minimum requirements:   3.0 GPA, Masters in HR/Business, Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, relevant internship
