Rotation opportunities
The Financial Rotational Program typically lasts two years. During
this time, you will complete three to four rotations that each
last 6 to 12 months. These rotations offer you a level of opportunity
and responsibility not normally afforded to recent college graduates,
providing you with accelerated career development.
Technical, financial and business skills will be developed through on-the-job experiences and training, which may include the following:
- Asset management
- Corporate audit
- Corporate finance
- Cost accounting
- Credit research and analysis
- Customer and channel profitability analysis
- Distribution finance
- External reporting
- Financial modeling
- Financial planning and analysis
