Our rotational programs are designed to last one to three years and provide participants with a new business learning opportunity every three, six or 12 months. Following program completion, candidates may be placed in a full-time position based on their interests, performance and our business needs. These tailored learning experiences provide participants with additional, diverse career experience with multiple Caridnal Health businesses and locations.
