Administration sets for use with the Alaris
® SE single- and dual-channel pumps are latex free. The Alaris
® SE pumps come with dose error reduction software, Guardrails
® software and the dedicated administration sets contain the AccuSlide
® flow regulator that replaces the roller clamp and minimizes the risk of accidental free flow. It allows for easy setup and loading of the administration set. Set configurations are available with the SmartSite
® needle-free valve ports, split-septum needle-free injection ports and standard injection ports.
Administration sets for the Alaris® SE pumps offer:
- An AccuSlide® flow regulator which eliminates the roller clamp
- Accurate rate control during gravity infusion
- Safety; reduction in the risk of free flow when the set is removed from the pump
- Needle-free IV access; integrated SmartSite® valve ports eliminate the need for needles
